ARTICLE XXI, Compact with the United States

This document provides the information that deals with the conditions that the state agreed to in becoming part of the United States. This original document was approved on June 20, 1910. There were changes that were adopted by the people on November 5, 1912 (Suffrage), November 8, 1932 (Consent to exchange lands) , and September 15, 1953 (Religious toleration and polygamy).
